Yes. Our electric stove is ETL certified and rated at 6kW, with a built-in inner controller for safe, precise temperature control.
How thick are the sauna walls?

Our outdoor sauna is built with 1.5''(38mm) full solid wood walls, not thin panels or laminated boards - for real outdoor insulation and durability.
Does the sauna require a foundation?

A hard, level foundation works well - either concrete or wood. We provide the base as part of your order.
What electrical setup do I need to run the heater?

The heater runs on standard 220V voltage. We recommend having an electrician confirm your outdoor outlet or wiring meets local code before installation.
Is assembly difficult?

No special skills are required. Assembly for this outdoor cube sauna typically takes 2-3 hours.
What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 1-year warranty on the sauna structure and a 1-year warranty on electronic parts (the heater and controller). Beyond that, we provide ongoing lifetime support if you ever have questions or issues.
