MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
What warranty do you offer?
Our greenhouses include a 10-year warranty on the galvanized steel frame and a 10-year warranty on the polycarbonate panels.
Our orangery include a 12-year warranty for the entire orangery.
Rust-resistant reinforced aluminum and tempered safety glass are built for long-term outdoor use.
Will the greenhouse and orangery survive strong wind and snow?
Yes. Our greenhouses use a galvanized steel frame with reinforced arches, designed to handle harsh weather conditions.
The structure distributes weight evenly and is built for year-round outdoor use.
With proper installation, the frame can handle heavy snow loads (55 lbs/ft²) and strong winds (65+ mph) typical in many U.S. and Canada region
__
Yes. Our orangeries use a 5X stronger tempered glass panels than ordinary and high-strength rust-proof aluminium frame.
The structure distributes weight evenly and is built for year-round outdoor use.
With proper installation, the frame can handle heavy snow loads and strong winds (115+ mph).
Are the polycarbonate panels strong enough?
Absolutely. The greenhouse uses 6 mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels.
Compared to thin plastic covers, 6 mm polycarbonate:
- resists hail and impact
- handles snow pressure better
- provides improved insulation for plants
Thicker panels are commonly used in durable greenhouses because they offer better strength and weather resistance.
Where are your products manufactured?
Products from A-Z are manufactured in the North Europe. That's why we are proud of its durability and quality.
Is assembly difficult?
Assembly requires at least two people and basic tools. No special skills or professional help is needed. Most customers complete the assembly in 8–12 hours following our step-by-step installation manual, which is included with every order.
Will plants get enough sunlight?
Yes. Polycarbonate panels provide excellent light transmission while diffusing sunlight, which helps prevent plant burn and creates a stable growing environment.
This allows plants to receive plenty of natural light while still being protected from extreme weather.
How long does a polycarbonate greenhouse last?
With proper installation and maintenance, a polycarbonate greenhouse can last 10–20 years or more.
Does the orangery require a foundation?
The orangery requires a solid, level base. The four corner posts are anchored into concrete at each corner - no full concrete slab is required. The structure can be installed on an existing concrete patio, paving slabs, or a prepared gravel base. A step-by-step foundation plan is included in the assembly manual.
