What warranty do you offer?
Our greenhouses include a 10-year warranty on the galvanized steel frame and a 10-year warranty on the polycarbonate panels. The steel structure is designed to resist rust and corrosion, while the UV-protected polycarbonate panels are built for long-term outdoor use.
Will the greenhouse and orangery survive strong wind and snow?
Yes. Our structures use a galvanized steel or aluminum frame designed to handle harsh weather conditions, distributing weight evenly and built for year-round outdoor use.
Are the polycarbonate panels strong enough?
The 6mm twin-wall panels resist hail and impact, handle snow pressure better than thin plastic covers, and provide improved insulation for plants.

Products from A-Z are manufactured in the Baltic States, known for their demanding weather conditions - which is why we are confident in their durability and quality.
How long does a polycarbonate greenhouse last?
With proper installation and maintenance, a polycarbonate greenhouse can last 10-20 years or more.
Will plants get enough sunlight?
Yes. Polycarbonate panels provide excellent light transmission while diffusing sunlight, which helps prevent plant burn and creates a stable growing environment.
Is assembly difficult?
No special skills are required. Most customers assemble the greenhouse in 8-12 hours with two people, using basic tools.
Does the orangery require a foundation?
Most orangery models require a level foundation or base for structural stability. Check the specific product's spec sheet for details on your model.
Do you ship to all Canadian provinces and US states?
We ship free with tracking to Canada and the USA. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your exact location, contact us before ordering.
Are taxes and duties included?
Yes. All prices include taxes and import duties, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.
What happens if parts arrive damaged?
Contact us with photos of the damaged parts within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send replacement parts at no cost.
Can I use the orangery year-round in cold climates?
Yes, with proper insulation and heating. Many customers use their orangery year-round as a garden room, home office, or additional living space.
Can I heat the orangery in winter?
Yes. Most customers install a small electric heater or heating system suited to the orangery's size. Contact us for guidance specific to your model.
